Our 17th annual Moms Rock! is a fun-filled, family-friendly race offering 10K, 5K, and 1M distances. We’re not just racing… we’re honoring moms who give their all every day, especially those facing life’s toughest challenges. Through Moms Rock!, we’re giving back by spoiling deserving moms with love, support, and special surprises — because they truly rock.

COURSE
The course starts and finishes at Kellogg Zaher Park and follows the paved park paths and adjacent trail system. The course is mostly flat and fast, making it great for runners and walkers of all levels. There is nothing difficult and no trail shoes needed! The 1-mile fun walk participants will follow the same course. It is easy walking for a beginner as well as a fast course for the advanced runner that wants to PR!

- 10K participants will do the 5K course twice!
- The course starts at 2543 ft elevation with an overall 130 ft gain.
PARKING
Parking is available in the dirt parking Lot 5 and parking Lot 4. The paved parking Lot 5 is closed to staff only. Overflow parking is available in Parking Lots 3 and 2. After parking, walk to the race start area at Group Area 5.
The parking fee is included in your registration fee.
AWARDS
The top 3 male and female finishers in the 10K/5K will receive an overall award.
10K and 5K Age Division ribbons for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Male and Female! Please see the age groups below:
0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+ (Age groups can vary)
Awards must be picked up on race day from the Age Group Awards table. Awards will not be mailed post-race.
