Jus Run puts on fun, exciting and successful events!

As a runner, I have participated in over 80 running events, so my goal is to put on events that I would enjoy doing. Jus Run specializes in creating events to provide the participant with an overall great experience, including scenic courses, great aid stations, awesome volunteers, quality shirts, cool medals, fun awards, prizes, food, music and a whole lot of fun in between!

We can help you put on a successful event of your own, whether you want full
race management, course set up and timing services or anything in between!.

Race Management includes, but is not limited, to the following:
• Acquiring all permits needed for the event
• Coordinating Las Vegas Metro Police Department duties during the event
• Arranging, approving and coordinating barricade plan for the event
• Organizing and coordinating portable toilets used during the event
• Ordering custom bibs, including bib numbers and logos
• Coordinate obtaining water, sports drink, ice & cups for aid stations
• Coordinate finish line refreshments/food for the runners/walkers
• Setting up meetings and coordinating logistics for the event to all parties involved
• Webmaster services to include event on Jus Run website and additional social media.

Race Consultation includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Guiding you to manage all of the race management duties above
• Providing ideas and recommended vendors for T-shirts, Medals, Awards, and DJ
• Volunteer advisement
• Marketing suggestions

Course Logistics includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Design and GPS course to accurate distance
• Create course maps to be used online
• Complete set-up and break-down of course and all equipment
• Ensure accurate course set-up, mile markers, cones, directional signage
• Aid station set-up, tables, water/sports drinks, cups, ice, ice chests, trash cans
• Instruction to volunteers/staff needed at start and finish line and key points along the course

Timing Services includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Chip timing of the Event using the ChronoTrack Timing System
• B-tags (timing chips) and 4 safety pins for each participant’s bib
• Customized bibs
• On-site online registration, paperless
• Dynamic Bib and B-tag assignment at packet pick up and on race day
• Packet pick-up consultation and advisement, our staff onsite
• Kiosks provided at finish line for participants to view real-time results
• A video of each participant crossing the finish line, available on the participant’s results page
• Real-time results updated to Facebook, Twitter and up to 3 mobile phones
• Printed results provided to client for awards ceremony
• A link to the online results emailed to client prior to the start of the event to be posted on client’s website
• Results posted on Jus Run website
• LED race clock for use at the finish-line
